Three decades of transformer engineering
Our transformers are built by Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise founded in 1993 — recognized as a National “Little Giant” (specialized & innovative) enterprise and a National AAA Integrity Unit, with a campus over 80 hectares and 600,000 m² of building area.
Vertically integrated manufacturing
Production is vertically owned — wire and coil winding, fully automatic foil winding, slitting and cutting, an automated core-stacking line, plus annealing high-pressure and vacuum-pressure drying ovens.
Designs are validated with Siemens simulation software and proven in an in-house 500 kV test hall. Products are routine-, type- and special-tested, including at the National Transformer Quality Supervision & Inspection Center and the China Electric Power Research Institute.
