Overview

Engineering at the leading edge of the grid

High-voltage power transformers are designed using Siemens simulation software together with proprietary calculation and validation procedures applied to the core, windings, structural components, leads and tank — with omni-directional validation to ensure performance.

Superior process equipment, careful material selection and efficient manufacturing yield small volume, light weight, low loss, low partial discharge and low noise — energy-efficient, easy to install and maintain, and reliable in operation, lowering running costs.

In 2025 our manufacturing partner delivered a domestically-first fully-insulated UHV large-capacity transformer rated 250 MVA / 345 kV, now operating at the world’s largest AI computing power center. The KEMA-certified SFZ-250000 kVA 345/34.5 unit fully adheres to international electrical-equipment standards, and a UHV 765 kV manufacturing plant is scheduled for completion in October 2026.
