Transformers & substations for solar, wind and storage

New-energy substations convert the low-voltage AC from a renewable plant into medium- or high-voltage AC for grid feed-in. They are widely used for 10–110 kV small and medium substations, factories, mines and mobile operations — intelligent, energy-saving, with excellent electrical performance and an innovative structural design.

Oil-immersed new-energy transformers are rated 1000–12,500 kVA at 35 kV and 500–3150 kVA at 10 kV for PV, wind and storage generation-side duty.

Prefabricated Cabin Substation

A whole-station, factory-prefabricated modular substation — HV/MV switchgear, transformer, compensation, integrated automation and AC/DC supply — shipped as modules for fast on-site assembly and commissioning.

Special transformers, all engineered to spec: Mine (dry-type, explosion-proof — altitude ≤2000 m, ambient ≤+40 °C, humidity ≤88% at 25 °C) · Buried/underground combination transformer (standard JB/T 10544-2006) · Phase-shifting rectifier (non-encapsulated dry, extended-delta, 9–27 pulse) · Electric furnace (resistance, salt-bath and arc furnaces) · Grounding/earthing (artificial neutral for ungrounded systems) · Dry-type isolation (OSG/SG, 300 VA–1600 kVA, IEC 439 / GB 5226).
